Plaintiff's motion is granted. While the court realizes that screening of the complaint is 19 still pending, it appears that plaintiff has been released from the custody of the North Las Vegas 20 Detention Center. Pursuant to Rule 2-2 of the Local Rules of Special Proceedings and Appeals, a pro 21 se litigant is required to keep the court apprised of his or her current address at all times. Local Rule 2-2 22 states: "The plaintiff shall immediately file with the court written notification of any change of address. 23 The notification must include proof of service upon each opposing party or the party's attorney. Failure 24 to comply with this rule may result in dismissal of the action with prejudice." 25 Accordingly, plaintiff is directed to file a notice of change of address within twenty (20) 26 days of entry of this order.
