Before the Court for consideration is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc.
14 #44) filed July 11, 2011. On July 12, 2011, the Court entered an Order (Doc. #45)
15 advising Plaintiffs’ of their responsibility to file a Response to Defendants’ Motion to
16 Dismiss not later than July 28, 2011. Plaintiffs have failed to do so. As a result,
17 Plaintiffs consent to the granting of Defendants’ motion. Moreover, a review of
18 Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #44) shows that Defendants are entitled to the
19 relief requested on the merits of their motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss
21 Plaintiffs’ Complaint (Doc. #44) is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall forthwith
23 enter judgment in favor of Defendants and against Plaintiffs.
