Further, the Court finds that the Stipulation (#116) was filed after the close of 20 discovery and therefore requires a showing of excusable neglect. LR 6-1(b). Based on the 21 foregoing and good cause appearing therefore, 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation to Extend Discovery Dates (#116) is 23 DENIED. 24 DATED this 15th 25 26 27 28 ROBERT J.
