Defendant Wynn Resorts, Ltd. d/b/a/ Wynn Las Vegas ("Wynn"), by and through its attorneys of record, submitted a Stipulation and Proposed Order to Extend Time for Defendant to Respond to the Complaint (First Request). The parties stipulated and agreed to extend the time for Wynn to file a reply in support of their Motion to Dismiss.
