Judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants Comedy Stop and Robert Kephart, jointly and severally, in the total sum of Forty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirty One and 20/100 Dollars ($49,531.20) ("Judgment Amount"). 2. 1 The Judgment Amount shall bear interest at the rate of 12% per annum until paid 2 in full and shall be increased by the amount of any attorney's fees and costs incurred by the 3 Plaintiffs for collection of the Judgment Amount, and by the amount of any audit costs incurred 4 by the Plaintiffs to complete a compliance Audit. 5 6 3.
