ORDERED that 166 Motion for Briefing Schedule is GRANTED in that the briefin g on the Motion to Compel (#161/corrected image #162) shall proceed for purposes of briefing and hearing according to the normal procedure and time line outlined in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules. Further, the Court finds that the Notice (#166) is a motion for 18 briefing schedule and will treat it as such. Good cause appearing therefore, 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion for Briefing Schedule (#166) is GRANTED 20 in that briefing on the Motion to Compel (#161/corrected image #162) shall proceed for purposes 21 of briefing and hearing according to the normal procedure and time line outlined in the Federal 22 Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules.
