Pending before this Court is Defendants Rimini Street, Inc. and Seth Ravin (together “Rimini

Street” or “Defendants”) Administrative Motion to Permit Defendants to File Under Seal Exhibits 1,

2, 3, 4, 5, and 8 to the Declaration of Robert H. Reckers in Support of the Parties’ Joint Case

Management Conference Statement. (“Declaration”). Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c) provides

6

broad discretion for a trial court to permit sealing of court documents for, inter alia, the protection of

7

“a trade secret or other confidential research, development, or commercial information.” Fed. R. Civ.

8

P. 26(c). Having considered Defendants’ Motion to Seal, compelling reasons having been shown and

good cause existing:
