Plaintiff’s counsel is admonished to proceed in 18 accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Local Rules of the Court. This 19 thirty (30) page submission to the Court does nothing to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive 20 determination of this action. Good cause appearing therefore, 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Application Ex Parte to Set a Rule 16(b) 22 Scheduling Conference (#48) is DENIED. 23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before March 7, 2012, the parties shall file a 24 proposed joint discovery plan and scheduling order. 25 DATED this 14th day of February, 2012. 26 27 28 ROBERT J.
