ORDER that Plaintiffs Motion 10 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED INPART. Plaintiffs request for appointment of counsel is DENIED. Plaintiffs request for an extension of time to file an Amended Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall have until 2/22/11, in which to file her Amended Complaint.
