ORDER that Plaintiffs Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis 1 is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff shall have until thirty (30) days from the date of this order to either pay the appropriate filing fee of $350.00, or submit a completed a pplication, affidavit and certified prisoner trust fund statement.
