Foley, Jr. regarding Plaintiff Carl 20 Dean Edwards’ Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (#1, filed June 18, 2010). No objection 21 was filed to Magistrate Judge Foley’s Report and Recommendation in accordance with Local Rule 22 LR IB 3-2 of the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 23 This matter was referred to the undersigned for consideration. 24 The Court has conducted a de novo review of the record in this case in accordance 25 with 28 U.S.C. §636(b)(1)(B)–(C) and Local Rule IB 3-2 and determines that the Report and 26 Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Foley’s should be accepted and adopted. AO 72 (Rev. 8/82) 1 1 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and 2 Recommendation entered March 14, 2011 (#7) is ACCEPTED and ADOPTED, and Edwards’ 3 Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (#1) is DENIED.
