This matter is before the Court on John L. Kreiger, Esq., Nikkya G. Williams and the law

firm of Lews and Roca LLP’s Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Defendants (#34), filed April 19,

2011. The Court finds the movants substantially establish good cause for the withdrawal. In

addition, Defendants will continue to be represented in this action by Marc Randazza, Esq., James

M. DeVoy, Esq. of the Randazza Legal Group. Accordingly,
