Della Terza, by and 21 through their counsel, Randazza Legal Group, and Plaintiff Righthaven LLC, by and through its 22 counsel Shawn A. Mangano, hereby stipulate to extending the time to file a discovery plan to one 23 (1) calendar week after the Court decides the Motion to Dismiss (Doc. #33) and related briefing 24 (Docs. # 40, 43, 44). 25 The parties therefore move this Court to amend its Order filed June 10, 2011 (Doc. # 47) 26 instructing the parties to file a discovery plan by June 20, 2011.
