During the course of litigation, 7 Plaintiff, 8 vs. 9 PHILLIPS, HARPER & HARPER, LLC, 10 Defendant. 2:10-cv-01223-RCJ-LRL ORDER 13 and while two dispositive motions were pending, the majority interest holder and managing 14 member of the Defendant law firm passed away. Approximately six weeks ago, the Court 15 vacated a hearing set for two dispositive motions in anticipation of a settlement, but there has 16 been no activity in the docket since. 17 CONCLUSION 18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all pending motions are DENIED without prejudice. 19 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status report no later than 20 September 16, 2011. 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 Dated this 2nd day of September, 2011. 23 24 25 _____________________________________ ROBERT C.
