The parties request to extend the deadline for filing the 16 joint pretrial order in light of pending dispositive motions and a settlement conference scheduled 17 for May 20, 2012. Pursuant to LR 26-1 (e)(5), in the event dispositive motions are filed, the date 18 for filing the joint pretrial order shall be suspended until 30 days after decision on the dispositive 19 motion. The Court will therefore grant the parties request. Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Joint Motion to Extend the Deadline for Filing Pretrial 21 Order (#20) is granted.
