STIPULATION Plaintiff Righthaven, LLC ("Righthaven") and Defendant Sharron Angle ("Angle") (together, the "Parties"), through undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate to the following: The Parties acknowledge that the law firm of Snell & Wilmer was just recently retained to represent Angle and has not had time to investigate the claims and prepare a responsive pleading within the time frame required for Angle's responsive pleading. The Parties agree that they would like to explore a potential negotiated resolution before proceeding further with formal discovery. Accordingly, the parties agree that Angle shall have up to and including October 25, 2010, to file her responsive pleading to Righthaven's complaint.
