Pursuant to LR 6-1, LR 6-2, and LR 7-1, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND

AGREED by and among counsel for Plaintiff Righthaven, LLC (“Plaintiff”), the law firms of

Shawn A. Mangano, Ltd, and counsel for Defendant Garry Newman (“Defendant”), the law

4

firms of Bone McAllester Norton PLLC and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, that the

5

time for Defendant to file his responsive pleading to Plaintiff’s Complaint, shall be extended

6

for a period of two weeks to accommodate Defendant’s counsel’s schedule. Defendant shall

7

have up to and including June 28, 2011 to serve and file his responsive pleading to Plaintiff’s

Complaint.
