The parties represent to the Court that Plaintiff filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy 18 earlier this year and that settlement negotiations in this matter are contingent on the conclusion of 19 Plaintiff’s bankruptcy. The parties therefore request the Court stay this matter for 180 days pending 20 conclusion of Plaintiff’s bankruptcy. Based on the parties’ representations and in the interest of 21 judicial economy, the Court will stay this case for a period of 180 days. The parties shall file a 22 status report with the Court no later than March 15, 2013, informing the Court of the status of 23 Plaintiff’s bankruptcy petition.
