ORDER ANTHONY SCILLIA, et al., 13 Respondents. 14 This is a counseled petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. 15 On September 22, 2017, the Court granted the petitioner’s motion for leave to conduct 16 discovery in part and ordered that the specified discovery be completed no later than 17 November 21, 2017. On November 21, 2017, the parties filed a joint stipulation 18 requesting another 90 days to complete discovery. (ECF No. 67). Good cause 19 appearing, the requested extension is GRANTED.
