Defendant Pacificap 15 Construction Services, LLC’s Answer (#78) was filed March 25, 2011. LR 7.1-1 requires that 16 counsel for private parties shall, upon entering a case, file a certificate as to interested parties, 17 listing all persons, firms, partnerships or corporations, known to have an interest in the outcome of 18 the case, including the names of all parent subsidiary, affiliate and/or insider of the named non- 19 individual parties. If there are no known interested parties, other than those participating in the 20 case, a statement to that effect must be filed. To date, Defendant has failed to comply. 21 Accordingly, 22 IT IS ORDERED that Defendant Pacificap Construction Services, Inc. shall file its 23 Certificate as to Interested Parties, which fully complies with LR 7.1-1 no later than April 29, 24 2011.
