ORDER that Plaintiffs Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis 1 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk of Court shall mail a Plaintiff a new Application for non-incarcerated litigants. Plaintiff shall file the new application on or before March 8, 2011. The new application shall describe with specificity the gifts and/or inheritance received by Mark Johnson and shall clarify whether he is attempting to file suit on his own behalf or on behalf of a corporate entity. Failure to comply with this Order will result in a recommendation to the District Judge that Plaintiffs Application be denied. Signed by Magistrate Judge Peggy A. Leen on 2/11/11.
