BANK OF AMERICA et al., 12 13 Defendants. 14 15 ORDER 16 Presently before the court is plaintiff’s motion for enlargement of time in which to respond 17 to defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings (doc. #21). (Doc. #22). Plaintiff is proceeding 18 pro se and allegedly requires more time to deal with the “extra-ordinary demands of litigation.” He 19 submits that as a pro se litigant, he requires more time than a lawyer. 20 Good cause appearing, 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that plaintiff’s motion for 22 23 24 25 enlargement of time (doc. #22) be, and the same hereby is, GRANTED; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall have until August 1, 2011, in which to respond to defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings (doc. #21).
