Presently before the court is plaintiff’s motion for enlargement of time in which to respond
17
to defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings (doc. #21). (Doc. #22). Plaintiff is proceeding
18
pro se and allegedly requires more time to deal with the “extra-ordinary demands of litigation.” He
19
submits that as a pro se litigant, he requires more time than a lawyer.

Good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that plaintiff’s motion for

enlargement of time (doc. #22) be, and the same hereby is, GRANTED;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff shall have until August 1, 2011, in which to
respond to defendant’s motion for judgment on the pleadings (doc. #21).
