IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint (Doc. #4) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion for a Settlement Conference (Doc. #13) is DENIED.
