IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that 1 1 Section III of the Preliminary Injunction shall be lifted for the sole and limited purpose of 2 allowing the Hoskins Defendants to trade in their current automobiles for new vehicles of equal 3 or lesser value; 4 5 6 7 That the Preliminary Injunction and Asset Freeze shall apply to the new vehicles obtained by the trade in; and That the Hoskins Defendants will provide the FTC with all of the documentation for the transaction that it requires. 8 9 10 11 IT IS SO ORDERED _ United States District Judge 12 13 December 10, 2012 DATED:___________________________ 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 2
