CAROLYN MYLES, JOSEPH OWENS, JEFFREY PATTERSON, and ARNOLD RINGSTAD,

by and through their counsel, Catherine Cortez Masto, Nevada Attorney General, and

Mercedes S. Menendez, Deputy Attorney General, of the State of Nevada Office of the

23

Attorney General, and hereby respectfully request that former Deputy Attorney General,

24

Robert J. Simon, be removed from the CM/ECF Service List and that notice of the

25

proceedings in the above-captioned matter be discontinued as a result of his departure from

26

the Nevada Office of the Attorney General. It is no longer necessary that Robert J. Simon

27

receive CM/ECF notice of ongoing proceedings in this action.
