In regard to ECF Nos 435, 453, 458, 465, 466, 467, 468 19 and 469, the Court will order Defendant to make the recommended redactions and file those 20 documents on the public record. In regard to ECF No. 452, the Court finds that Defendant can 21 redact any confidential information from the document and file the redacted version on the public 22 record. However, Exhibit 3 of ECF No. 452 (Declaration of Mike Penuelas) may remain sealed in 23 its entirety.
