Leavitt recommended that 18 this case be dismissed with prejudice. See Report and Recommendation (#27). The deadline for 19 objections to the recommendation, August 8, 2011, has passed and no objections have been filed. 20 As such, the Court finds that each of the aforementioned motions should be denied without 21 prejudice pending review of the recommendation. If the case is permitted to proceed, then 22 Plaintiff may refile her motions. Accordingly, 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following motions are denied without prejudice: 24 1. Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel (#16); 25 2. Plaintiff’s Motion for Service of Process of Complaint and Summons (#17); 26 3. Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Compliance (#19); 27 4. Plaintiff’s Motion for Sanctions re Discovery (#20); and 28 5.
