FURTHER ORDERED that if Defendants and counsel fail to appear for the hearing on 1/19/12 at 1:30 pm in Courtroom 3C, the Court will enter sanctions up to and including dismissal of the complaint in this action. This matter came before the court Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel (#42) for hearing on December

13

19, 2011. Defendants did not file a response in opposition to the motion to compel. Neither Defendants

14

nor their counsel appeared at the December 19 hearing on the motion to compel. Accordingly,

15

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants and Defendants’ counsel shall appear before

16

the undersigned U.S. Magistrate Judge on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at 1:30 PM in Courtroom 3C,

17

Lloyd D. George U.S. Courthouse, 333 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada, and show

18

cause why they should not be held in contempt for failing to appear at the December 19, 2011, hearing

19

Plaintiff’s motion to compel.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Defendants and counsel fail to appear for the hearing
