This matter is before the court upon the parties’ Stipulation to Stay Proceedings Pending

Completion of Settlement Documentation and Notice of Settlement in Principal (#78), filed April 24,

16

2012.

The stipulation asserts that the parties have reached an agreement of material terms to resolve

18

this action and that counsel are presently preparing documentation to finalize settlement. The parties

19

request a stay of proceedings for a period of 30 days in order to execute and file these documents. The

20

Court finds that good cause exists to stay this action and will hold a status conference with the parties at

21

the end of the 30 day period. Should the final settlement documents be filed and approved by the Court

22

prior to the setting, the conference will be vacated. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that the parties’ Stipulation to Stay Proceedings to Finalize Settlement
Documentation (#78) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a Telephonic Status Conference in this matter shall be held

26

on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 9:30 AM in Courtroom 3C. The parties are instructed to call telephone

27

number: [phone], access code: 123456, 5 minutes prior to the hearing time. The Court will join

28

the call and convene the proceedings. The call must be made on a land line. The use of a cell phone or
speaker phone during the proceedings is prohibited.
