IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that State Defendant’s Motion for a More

Definite Statement/Motion to Strike as to Plaintiff’s Complaint (Doc. #10) is

GRANTED to the extent that Plaintiff shall have to and including August 8, 2011

21

within which to file and amended complaint setting forth a short, plain, succinct, and

22

clear notice of his causes of action and claims for relief against all defendants in this

23

action.
