November 14, 2011. Defendants request that the lis pendens Plaintiffs FRANK DI GIOVANNI and TERESA BOSTWICK ("Plaintiffs") recorded against the subject property be canceled. 5 The Court finds that Plaintiffs recorded a Notice of Lis Pendens Affecting Real Property("Lis 6 Pendens") on or about June 9, 2011, as Instrument Number 201106090000616 in real property 7 records maintained by the Clark County Recorder. A copy of the Lis Pendens is attached to the 8 Motion as Exhibit B and fully incorporated by reference. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that this Order canceling the above- referenced Lis Pendens has the same effect as an expungement of the original Lis Pendens. 3.
