Before briefing on the motions was 15 complete, the parties filed a notice of settlement. (#20). As such, the pending motions are moot. 16 Accordingly, 17 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Entry of Protective Order 18 Retroactive to Date of Production of Confidential Material (#18) is denied without prejudice. 19 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel (#19) is denied 20 without prejudice. 21 DATED this 27th day of April, 2012. 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 C.W.
