Pursuant to Local Rule IB 3-2(a), objections were due by February 3, 2014. No objections 13 have been filed. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Local Rule IB 1-4, the Court has 14 reviewed the record in this case and agrees with Magistrate Judge Ferenbach’s recommendation 15 that Defendants’ Motion for Involuntary Dismissal (ECF No. 56) be Granted and this action be 16 dismissed under Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b) and 41(b). Therefore, the Court has determined that 17 Magistrate Judge Ferenbach’s Recommendation should be ACCEPTED and ADOPTED to the 18 extent that it is not inconsistent with this opinion. 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 74) is ACCEPTED and ADOPTED in full.
