IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Hoffman’s Recommendation 15 16 is hereby AFFIRMED, and Plaintiffs’ Complaint is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice, for 17 Plaintiffs’ failure to amend their complaint curing the deficiencies within the thirty (30) 18 day time period, as noted in the Court’s January 25, 2012 Order. 19 20 21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall forthwith close this case.
