Also before the 18 Court is Defendant Chicago Title’s Motion to Dismiss (#26). Plaintiff has not filed an opposition to 19 either of these Motions. 20 Pursuant to Local Rule 7-2(b), any Response and/or Opposition to these Motions to Dismiss 21 was required to be filed with the Court and served within fourteen days after service of the Motion. 22 No Response and/or Opposition has been filed by Plaintiff regarding this matter. Local Rule 7-2(d) 23 provides that the failure of an opposing party to file points and authorities in response to any motion 24 shall constitute consent to the granting of the motion. Defendants’ Motions appear to be supported 25 by good cause. 26 1 2 3 4 5 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, Defendant Mortgageit, Inc.’s Motion to Dismiss (#23)is GRANTED.
