Case No. 2:12-CV-00026-KJD-RJJ ORDER 10 ANTOINETTE FIEDLER, 11 Respondent. 12 13 Presently before the Court is Petitioners’ Notice of Order (#21). Pursuant to an order of the 14 court in related litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, 15 Petitioners are precluded from further prosecuting this action. Petitioners requests that this Court 16 stay the present action until they are no longer precluded from proceeding. Good cause being found 17 the Court grants Petitioner’s motion to stay. 18 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the present action is STAYED; 19 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all outstanding motions are DENIED as moot; 20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court administratively close this case until 21 22 either party files a motion to lift the stay.
