Plaintiff Securities and Exchange Commission requests that the Court withdraw Edward

D. McCutcheon, as counsel in this action because he is no longer employed with the
Commission.

The Commission will continue to be represented by undersigned counsel,

Christine Nestor who entered her appearance on March 19, 2013 [DE 62].
Defendant Kevin Carson does not object to the relief requested in this Motion.
