The Complaint (#1) in this matter was filed March 13, 17 2012. Defendant Payflex Systems, USA, Inc. filed its Answer (#18) on July 26, 2012. Pursuant to 18 LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within 19 30 days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and 14 days thereafter to file a 20 mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, the parties have not complied. 21 Accordingly, 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated Discovery Plan and 23 Scheduling Order not later than September 24, 2012 in compliance with the provisions of LR 26-1 24 of the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. 25 DATED this 12th day of September, 2012. 26 27 28 _______________________________________ GEORGE FOLEY, JR.
