The individual who 17 received service however never informed Defendant of the time and date of service. Defendant 18 therefore does not know the exact deadline to respond to Plaintiff’s complaint and requests the 19 Court grant an extension of 30 days for Defendant to file their responsive pleading. The Court 20 finds the Defendant has established good cause for an extension. Accordingly, 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Compass Entertainment Group, LLC’s 22 Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint (#5) is granted.
