Dkt. 85 (16-page brief), 74 (30-page 4 brief), 72 (30-page brief). Plaintiffs’ opposition briefs to Defendants’ three motions are currently 5 due October 25, 2012. Dkt. 67. Under the local rule governing opposition briefs, LR 7-4, 6 Plaintiffs would ordinarily be entitled to file three separate briefs, each 30 pages in length (for a 7 total of 90 pages). Plaintiffs, however, wish to promote efficiency and economy for the Court by 8 filing one combined opposition brief of 45 pages, which is half the amount of pages they would 9 otherwise be allotted. Plaintiffs respectfully submit this motion seeking leave to file such a brief. 10 All parties have advised Plaintiffs’ counsel that they do not oppose Plaintiffs’ request to submit a 11 combined opposition brief of up to 45 pages, and counsel respectfully request that it be so 12 ordered. 13 14 DATED: September 27, 2012 15 Respectfully submitted, 16 LAMBDA LEGAL DEFENSE AND EDUCATION FUND, INC. 17 18 19 20 21 /s/ Tara L.
