Plaintiffs filed a timely Opposition (#31) on 16 November 1, 2012. The Court conducted a hearing on the Motion on November 5, 2012. After 17 consideration of the submitted briefs and arguments raised at the hearing, the Court finds 18 Defendant establishes good cause for a stay in discovery in this matter pending ruling on 19 Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss (#10). Accordingly, 20 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Citigroup’s Motion to Stay Discovery (#24) is 21 granted.
