The Complaint (#1) in this matter was filed May 19, 2012. LR 16 7.1-1 requires that counsel for private parties shall, upon entering a case, file a certificate as to 17 interested parties, listing all persons, firms, partnerships or corporations, known to have an interest 18 in the outcome of the case, including the names of all parent subsidiary, affiliate and/or insider of 19 the named non-individual parties. If there are no known interested parties, other than those 20 participating in the case, a statement to that effect must be filed. To date, Plaintiff has failed to 21 comply. Accordingly, 22 IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file its Certificate as to Interested Parties, which fully 23 complies with LR 7.1-1 no later than June 18, 2012.
