8 received a Transcript Order form dated November 14, 2014,
9 requesting a transcript of the Sealed Settlement Conference,
10 held on November 13, 2014, from Mr. Jonathan W. Fountain, Esq.

IT IS THE ORDER OF THE COURT that the sealed transcript

12 shall be unsealed for the limited purpose of providing a copy of
13 the transcript as requested by Mr. Jonathan W. Fountain, Esq.
14

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the sealed transcript shall

15 thereafter be resealed, and a certified copy of the transcript
16 be delivered to the Clerk pursuant to 28, U.S.C., Section
17 753(b), until further order of this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the receiving party shall

19 not disclose the sealed contents of the transcript of the
20 proceeding to anyone other than the representatives of the
21 parties directly concerned with this case.
