FURTHER ORDERED that 35 Motion to Dismiss. FURTHER ORDERED that 72 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. FURTHER ORDERED that 100 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. FURTHER ORDERED that 36 Motion to Sever is GRANTED in part. All remaining claims in the action other than the First, Second , and Third Claims for Relief are severed. Plaintiffs have until August 30, 2013 to amend this case as described in the order and to file new and separate actions regarding the severed claims and parties. Each of the severed cases will be consolidated before this court for purposes of discovery. The parties to each of the severed actions are required to pay a filing fee. Signed by Judge Andrew P.
