On May 19, 2016, United States District Judge Andrew P. Gordon referred this case to the

13

undersigned to set a settlement conference. The Court hereby SETS a telephonic scheduling conference

14

for 2:30 p.m. on May 26, 2016, at which time counsel shall be prepared to (1) explain whether the Court

15

should hold a single, consolidated settlement conference and (2) provide dates on which all required

16

participants are available.1 The Court is tentatively considering holding a single settlement conference

17

on July 29, 2016. Counsel shall appear telephonically by calling the Court conference line at 877-402-

18

9757 at least five minutes prior to the hearing. The conference code is 6791056. In order to ensure a

19

clear recording of the hearing, the call must be made using a land line phone. Cell phone calls, as well

20

as the use of a speaker phone, are prohibited.
