1 2 3 4 UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 5 DISTRICT OF NEVADA 6 AL FANG WU, 11 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 12 Plaintiff Al Fang Wu sued Defendants in pro se in this Court based upon the foreclosure 7 Plaintiff, 8 vs. 9 PREM-MORTGAGE INC. et al., 10 Defendants. 2:12-cv-01306-RCJ-PAL ORDER 13 or impending foreclosure of her mortgage. Four months ago, the Court denied Plaintiff’s Motion 14 for a Preliminary Injunction (ECF No. 3) and granted Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 15 12), with leave to amend in part. Plaintiff has not amended within a reasonable time or otherwise 16 pursued the case. The Court therefore dismisses for failure to prosecute. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 17 41(b); Link v. Wabash R. Co., 370 U.S. 626, 629–33 (1962). 18 CONCLUSION 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk shall enter judgment and close the case. 20 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any lis pendens upon the Property is EXPUNGED. 21 IT IS SO ORDERED. 22 Dated this 12th day of of June, 2013.
