Harmon’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion to 14 Serve Additional Party (#10), filed on October 24, 2012. In its August 14, 2012 Order (#2), the Court 15 directed service of summons and Plaintiff’s Complaint to the General Counsel of the Social Security 16 Administration in Baltimore, Maryland. Under the Federal Register, Volume 70, Number 236, 17 however, service should be directed to the Office of the Regional Chief Counsel in San Francisco. See 18 70 FR 73320, 73322 (Dec. 9, 2005). Accordingly, 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff Rhonda S. Harmon’s Motion to Serve Additional 20 Party with Summons and Complaint (#10) is granted.
