JUDGMENT SHALL BE ENTERED against Plaintiff Nicole Brown and for State Farm Mutual

Automobile Insurance Company on Plaintiff Nicole Brown’s first cause of action and only remaining

cause of action alleged against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, in accordance with

the Court’s June 6, 2014 Order; and
