(Doc. # 6). 18 On September 13, 2012, plaintiff filed the instant action against defendants Bank of America, 19 et al. alleging failure to comply with Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), fraudulent 20 foreclosure, failure to comply with the Fair Debt Collection Act, fraudulent assignment, and notary 21 fraud. (Doc. # 1). On October 1, 2012, plaintiff filed the instant motion for an injunction prohibiting 22 defendants from foreclosing on property located at 7607 Brightwood Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89123. 23 Plaintiff represents that a foreclosure sale on this property is presently set for October 25, 2012. 24 Given the nature of the relief sought and the definite date on which harm may occur, the court 25 finds this matter appropriate for an expedited briefing schedule. 26 ... 27 ... 28 James C.
