COMPEL AND MOTION FOR A
PROTECTIVE ORDER
(Docket Nos. 32, 34).

Pending before the Court is Defendants’ motion for a protective order, arguing that they should

not be required to comply with discovery requests until their motion for a stay of discovery is ruled

19

upon. Docket No. 32. Also pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion to compel, arguing that

20

Defendants should be required to comply with discovery requests during the pendency of the motion

21

for a stay of discovery. Docket No. 34. As the Court has granted the motion for a stay in an order

22

issued concurrently herewith, the motion for a protective order and the motion to compel are DENIED

23

as moot.
